Join us as we get Down and Dirty!

Get your mud run on with cardiogirl this spring!  cardiogirl is starting a four-week bootcamp to prepare for the Down and Dirty Mud Run Series, to be held April 15 at Castaic Lake.  To be ready for whatever challenges may face us on the course, we will work on running endurance as well as body-weight strength training moves over the course of camp.  The focus will be on outdoor running with Jennifer, coupled with explosive movements to prepare your body for the rigors of the course.  Then, take your new strength and race with us April 15!

Are You Ready for the Demo?

It’s almost time cardiogirls – the cardiochaos Demo Day is this Saturday!  Have you registered for your class yet?  There are still a few spots available in each of the sessions, but they will be taken, so don’t delay.  Call the gym to reserve a spot in the most chaotic workout party you’ve ever tried!  And be sure to tell your friends, it’s going to be a blast! (Calorie blast, that is.)

Also, in case you haven’t seen it yet, we are offering the first-ever cardiochaos for men!  It’s time for your husbands/boyfriends/sons/guy friends to finally see what all the fuss is about!  The guys demo will be this Saturday at 5pm, and there are only a few spots remaining, so tell your guys to act fast.  The cardiochaos for men session will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5AM sharp, so that the men don’t take away time from our regular operating hours.

We are all EXCITED about Demo Day – we’ll see you this Saturday!
